KITCHEN: Dishware/flatware for seven, cooking basics, spices, drip coffee maker with a coffee starter kit, microwave, toaster, ice maker in the freezer. GENERAL: Free high speed WiFi (276 Mbps), keyless entry, central A/C & heating, linens/towels, iron/board, washer/dryer, laundry detergent, trash bags, paper towels, hair dryers, complimentary toiletries including shampoo or body soap. PARKING: Community lot, no designated parking spaces. Ozark Refuge is our newly updated condo in the heart of Branson's entertainment district, right off the Branson Strip. Overlooking Thousand Hills Golf course, this two bedroom, two bathroom condo features a king bed with attached bath in one room, and a large second bedroom with two queen beds and attached bath. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to fix meals for up to seven people. Relax on the covered patio and enjoy the peaceful view of the mature trees and golf course. Take a dip in the community pool (open Memorial Day to Labor Day). This is a walk-down level condo so there is one flight of stairs to get into the unit. Planning your stay is made even easier with our digital guidebook we provide to our guests. It's filled with everything you need to know about our place as well as our favorite restaurants and places to visit. At just over a mile from the strip, you don't get much closer to all the shows, shopping and fun that Branson has to offer. You'll be a few minutes drive to Dolly Parton's Stampede, Wonder Works, The Titanic Museum, Tanger Outlets, The Branson Aquarium at the Boardwalk, Fritz's Adventure and The Branson Coaster, just to name a few! Not to mention incredible food and desserts, with Hurtz Donuts being a family favorite. The Branson Landing and Table Rock Lake are just 10 minutes away and Silver Dollar City is less than 20 minutes. Our family favorite, Lakeside Forest Wilderness area is just up the street at the corner of Fall Creek Rd. and 76. *Disclaimer: Guests are required to walk down 13 steps to enter the condo.*
Other Details to Note
-Check-in after 3pm, Check-out before 10am. -There is a ring doorbell that records video and sound at the front door when it senses movement. We do not monitor this but have it for security purposes if we need to review footage. -There is NO CABLE TV available, but all TV’s have streaming access for all your favorite shows, movies and sports through the ROKU streaming stick. Please bring your own username and password to log into your accounts. There are also free streaming options preloaded on the guest accounts. We also have a DVD player available for the TV in the double queen bedroom. -No Animals or Pets. An additional cleaning fee of $200 will be charged for animals brought into the condo and you will be asked to leave immediately. Thank you for your understanding, this is a policy for all guests in our condo association at The Club at Thousand Hills. -Must be 22+ years old to book. -We HIGHLY RECOMMEND travel insurance, as no refunds can be given for weather/illness/travel issues or other items out of our control. There are 13 stairs down from the parking lot to the door of the condo. ITEMS PROVIDED: -Linens and towels. -Liquid hand soap and dish soap, we also provide shampoo and bath soap. -Initial supply of coffee for our drip coffee maker (No one should have to go without coffee the first morning after traveling!) -Initial supply of the following: Dish detergent, laundry detergent, garbage bags, toilet paper and paper towels. *You may need to buy extra depending on your group size and length of stay* Most weekend stays will not require any additional purchase of supplies. (A suggested packing list will be sent before your arrival)
